The so-called Investigative Committee in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region has opened a criminal case against the former head of the unlawfully established Center of Culture and Leisure in Skadovsk.
This is reported by Kremlin-controlled media.
According to the occupiers’ investigation, the former head of the institution issued an order to establish additional payments for some employees that were not provided for by the Russian wage system.
It is claimed that such actions caused losses to the institution in the amount of about 3.5 million rubles.
For this, the occupiers accused the woman of exceeding official powers (part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to Russian legislation, she may face imprisonment for a term of 3 to 10 years.
