The Security Service of Ukraine has announced suspicion against Crimean resident Zore Emirmusayeva, who illegally took charge of an enterprise in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region and supplied fuel to the occupying authorities.
This is reported on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
The investigation established that in 2022 the woman voluntarily cooperated with the occupying authorities and assumed the position of director of LLC “Impost” (OOO “Impost”. – Russian) in Henichesk, which was re-registered under Russian legislation.
Thus, the company’s main activity was retail trade in motor fuel, and payments under the agreements were made through an account with the Russian bank “Promsvyazbank”. In particular, Emirmusayeva concluded contracts with the so-called “Khersontrans”, the occupation prosecutor’s office, and units of the so-called Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to law enforcement, during 2023 and 2024 the enterprise transferred fuel and lubricants to the occupiers worth millions of rubles via a network of gas stations and a coupon system. Under a single state contract for the needs of the occupation police, petroleum products were supplied in the amount of almost 2.6 million rubles.
In addition, regular fuel deliveries were recorded for the occupying Ministry of Resorts and Tourism and the Novotroitske forest and hunting enterprise.
The last documented operation involving Zore Emirmusayeva dates to April 2025.
For these actions she is suspected of collaborationist activity (Part 4 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
