The Security Service of Ukraine has reported suspicion against Valentin Bilokon, a native of the village Kozachi Laheri, who held a position in the occupying Penitentiary Service Directorate for Kherson Oblast.
This is stated on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, on June 1, 2022, Bilokon took the position of senior inspector of the professional and service training group of the personnel department of the Penitentiary Service Directorate for Kherson Oblast, created by the occupying administration of the Russian Federation.
Valentin Bilokon is accused of voluntarily taking a position in an illegal law enforcement body (Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the analytical system YouControl, from 2020 to 2022 Valentin Bilokon worked at Darivska Correctional Colony No. 10 as a senior inspector for professional training.
Earlier it was reported that the Security Service of Ukraine reported suspicion against Kozachi Laheri resident Vitaliy Bilous, who decided to build a career in the structure created by the occupying authorities.
