A serviceman from Kherson, Andriy Klimenkov, has died in Sokal district of Lviv region.
This was reported by the head of the Sheptytska RDA, Andriy Dyachenko.
It is noted that after the start of the full-scale invasion, Andriy Klimenkov left his job at the railway and joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In 2024 he sustained a severe wound, as a result of which he lost a leg. After that he underwent prolonged treatment and rehabilitation.
Since August 2025 he resided in the village of Khorobriv in Sokal district.
Earlier it was reported that a serviceman from the Mylivska community, Oleksandr Talah, died while on leave.
