Law enforcement officers have reported suspicion against Halyna Perelovych, a native of Crimea, who is suspected of acting in favor of the aggressor state in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Oblast.
The text of the suspicion has been published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, since July 18, 2025, the suspect has held the position of the so‑called acting head of the Kalanchak municipal district, created by the occupation administration in Skadovsk district.
While in office, she carries out systematic activities in favor of the aggressor state, in particular supporting the decisions and actions of the occupation authorities, and also organizing the collection and transfer of material resources to representatives of the Russian Federation.
This concerns, in particular, providing communications equipment and computer hardware to units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, including the 98th Guards Airborne Division, which is participating in hostilities against Ukraine in the Donetsk direction.
In addition, Perelovych takes part in informational activities in favor of the occupation authorities, in particular in the creation of propaganda video materials aimed at legitimizing the occupation regime and discrediting Ukraine.
She also facilitates the integration of the local population into the legal, administrative, and social sphere of the Russian Federation, in particular through the introduction of Russian standards in various areas of life.
She is charged with aiding the aggressor state — Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall, law enforcement officers announced suspicion against Kherson region resident Lyudmyla Pashkova, who voluntarily headed a seized educational institution in Skadovsk district.
