In the settlement of Kalynivske in Kherson Oblast, they plan to build a modern safety center for UAH 41.2 million.
Information about the project is posted in the DREAM system.
The project involves the new construction of a safety center that is to become a coordination hub for the work of emergency services: the fire service, rescuers, and other rapid response units.
It is noted that implementing the initiative will significantly reduce response times to calls in the community, where there is currently a low level of operational response due to the lack of adequate infrastructure.
Within the project, it is planned to construct a modern building equipped with engineering networks, communications and dispatch systems. In particular, the center is to include: a dispatch point and an operations hall; garages for specialized equipment; service rooms and rooms for duty shifts; training classrooms for staff.
According to specialists’ calculations, creating the center will provide protection for more than 1,500 residents of the community, among whom are more than 300 internally displaced persons.
Currently there is no confirmed source of financing for the construction — the project is awaiting funding.
