The Southern District Military Court illegally sentenced Ukrainian citizen Andriy Hulay to 12 years in prison for the alleged attempt to blow up a post of the Armed Forces of Russia in the Kherson region.

According to the occupiers, Andriy Hulay, allegedly while intoxicated, took an explosive device and headed to a rear observation post in the Kherson region, where he was detained.
According to the occupiers’ investigation, the man allegedly found the explosives in one of the villages of Kakhovka district and kept them at his home.
As the occupiers stated, he fully admitted his guilt.

At the same time, it became known that during 2025 in the TOT of the Kherson region the number of cases of “treason” and “espionage” has increased.
