The Security Service of Ukraine reported suspicion against Vitaliy Bilous, a resident of the village Kozachi Laheri, who decided to build a career in a structure created by the occupying authorities.
This is stated on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to law enforcement, last year Bilous became the so-called deputy head of Fire and Rescue Unit No. 9, which is subordinate to the illegally established Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for Kherson Oblast and is based in the occupied city of Oleshky.
For this, Vitaliy Bilous is suspected under Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaborationist activity). The investigation is ongoing.
