The court once again imposed an arrest on the car of the head of the scandalously well-known Kherson company “Budpostach-STSV” Oleksandr Novokhatskyi, who is suspected of embezzling budget funds on an especially large scale and of official forgery.
This is stated in the court ruling.
It concerns the investigation of fraud during the major repair of the shelter at the Muzykivskyi Support Lyceum.
To secure future compensation for damages, law enforcement asked the court to seize all of Novokhatskyi’s property – his car, business shares, and plots of land.
However, the Kherson City Court granted the petition only partially. The vehicle placed under arrest was a 2011 Toyota Sequoia.
