For Kherson region’s defense and defensive work in 2026, more than 255 million UAH were allocated

In 2026, UAH 255,937,700 was allocated to finance the Department for Civil Protection and Defense Work of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

This was stated in an order by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

Of these, UAH 613.5 thousand is provided for other activities in the field of public administration.

UAH 171.6 million is planned for measures to prevent and respond to emergencies and the consequences of natural disasters.

Recall that the volume of the Kherson region’s regional budget for 2026 is set at about UAH 1.5 billion. Revenues and expenditures are budgeted in equal amounts.
