The former head of the Kherson Special Prosecutor’s Office was appointed as the First Deputy of the Military Ombudsman

The former head of the Kherson Specialized Prosecutor’s Office, Ruslan Tsyhankov, was appointed First Deputy Military Ombudsman.

The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
