Oleshky and Nova Kakhovka communities allocated nearly 20 million hryvnias to support air defense units that protect the region.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, with subsidies the units of the anti-aircraft missile brigade purchased a front-end loader, an excavator, as well as more than fifty strike operational-type unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to counter “Shahed”.
Since the beginning of November these units have destroyed more than 120 Russian “Shahed” drones in the Kherson region.
Recall that recently the Kherson City Military Administration transferred to Ukrainian marines three high-capacity generators for units holding the defense on the Kherson front.
