The Occupation Council of Deputies of the so-called Verkhnerohachytskyi municipal district (occupation name, – MOST) adopted a decision to introduce a land tax in that territory.
The illegal decision was made on November 6 and published on the website of the occupation administration of the Kherson region.
The document provides for the introduction of a land tax on land that is owned or used within the district in the amount of 0.3% of the normative monetary valuation for agricultural land and 1.5% for other users.
Exempted from paying the tax, according to the pseudo-decision, were the bodies of the so-called local self-government and state institutions controlled by the Russian Federation, “veterans and war heroes” and people with disabilities.
Earlier it was reported that on the TOT of Kherson region the occupiers are taking land from those who do not have a Russian passport. It is also known that the occupiers plan to allocate Kherson lands to veterans of the so-called SVO.
