In several districts of temporarily occupied Skadovsk, the water supply has been absent for more than three weeks. After appeals from local residents, the occupation administration opened a distribution point for technical water, where it can be drawn once a day.
This is reported by correspondents «IPC-Pivden» referring to pro-Russian media.
According to local residents, water outages in certain districts have been ongoing for more than three weeks, and in recent days the water supply has disappeared completely. Residents’ water supplies are gradually being depleted.
The situation is complicated by regular power outages, unstable communications, and the lack of access to ATMs in the city and surrounding settlements. Occupation media also report the problems.
At the same time, at the beginning of December 2025 the occupiers announced about plans “to expand Skadovsk” and to develop new facilities on the coast.
