Russians recruit residents of the TOT of Kherson region, train them and send them to Europe as spies disguised as refugees.
This was said on LigaNet by investigative journalist for the publication “Bellingcat”, Christo Grozev.
“These are mostly men from Kherson; 90% of them have a criminal past. They are trained in Moscow and sent to Europe. It is very difficult to find a reason not to let them in, because that would mean prejudice against Ukrainian refugees,” he said.
According to Grozev, this category is the most dangerous, because such people are very difficult to detect.
