The bankrupt LLC “Kherson Regional Energy Supply Company” became the Lighting Supply Company “ONDO”.
The company announced the rebrand on its website.
As stated on social media, ONDO is a brand that united seven regional energy supply companies of Ukraine – the Rivne, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Odesa, Kirovohrad, Kherson and Chernivtsi regional energy companies.
Recall, in September 2023 it became known that HOEK went to court, because creditors did not approve its restructuring plan – measures to prevent bankruptcy and for financial rehabilitation.
HOEK’s restructuring was required due to a payment crisis that hit the company as a result of the start of the full-scale invasion.
LLC “Kherson Regional Energy Supply Company” belongs to “VS Energy International”, which, among other things, owns “Khersonoblenergo”.
Earlier in 2023, the Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit for the confiscation of the corporate rights of Russians in “Khersonoblenergo”.
