In the temporarily occupied city of Nova Kakhovka and the surrounding settlements on the left bank of the Kherson region, the number of stray dogs has increased.
According to occupation sources.
It is noted that the animals gather in packs, behave aggressively and may attack people. According to the occupying authorities, cases of residents being bitten have already been recorded.
Instead of capturing the animals, the local illegal authorities advise residents not to feed animals near residential buildings.
It should be noted that the problem with stray animals attacking people also exists in other occupied communities. Thus, overall on the left bank last year almost 800 people were injured in animal attacks.
At the same time, the occupying administration of Henichesk stated that it allegedly does not have the authority to independently solve the problem of stray dogs in the community.
