The Kherson City Military Administration has decided to immediately take two small children from their parents.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
As social services and the police found, the children were suffering from domestic violence. Social workers and juvenile police officers determined that leaving the children with their parents was dangerous.
Currently the children are in the Kherson Regional Children’s Hospital. They will remain there while medical staff check their health and provide necessary assistance.
Within a week the city council must file a lawsuit with the court to strip the parents of parental rights. Afterwards, a new family will be sought for the children.
