Kherson City Military Administration concluded a contract for the repair and maintenance of the official Toyota Land Cruiser SUV.
As stated on Prozorro, the vehicle will be serviced by Kherson LLC “Autocenter “AMPIR”.
The list of works includes 19 items, among which are the replacement of the front and rear brake pads, the fuel filter, the high-pressure fuel pump, etc.
The total cost of services, which will be paid from the local budget, amounts to UAH 85,770.
According to the analytical system YouControl, LLC “Autocenter “AMPIR” was established in 2023. The company belongs to Kherson residents Yevhen Nazarov and Oleksandr Kuzmin.
Yevhen Nazarov is also registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) and independently participates in tenders from Kherson budgetary institutions.
In addition, he is the director of LLC “AMPIR”. The founder of this company is JSC “Seta Tarim Urunleri Anonim Sirketi”, registered in Turkey, and Turkish citizen Chogendez Mustafa Tunch.
He is listed as the beneficiary of the grain processing enterprise “Zerno Tavrii”, which is currently under temporary occupation, and as the beneficiary of LLC TD “Ukraine”, which previously had shared phone numbers with companies that belonged to the mayor of Kherson Ihor Kolykhaiev, who was kidnapped by Russians.
Recall that the Kherson MVA’s service Land Cruiser was already repaired last year. Back then they paid UAH 23,350 for the work.
