Children from the Kherson region visited Vietnam for recuperation and recreation.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
At the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Embassy of Ukraine in Vietnam, twenty children from the Kherson region spent 15 days in this country.
“The group included children from Kherson, as well as from Beryslav, Kakhovka and Henichesk districts. Among the participants were children of Ukraine’s defenders, young residents of frontline settlements, children from large families and internally displaced persons”, – the post reads.
It is noted that the excursion program covered the city of Da Nang and the old Hoi An, where the children saw the Dragon Bridge and «Hands of God», as well as the Linh Ung Pagoda.
Recall, at the beginning of January 2026 the Kherson MVA approved the “Children of Kherson” program for 2026-2028. Its implementation requires almost UAH 22 million.
