President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Minister of Defense of Ukraine to work with the leadership of frontline regions on additional provision of air defense systems.

The Air Force and the Ministry of Defense must coordinate efforts with the heads of the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv and Kharkiv regions.
“Our troops must have a sufficient quantity and quality of means to respond to all types of Shahed drones. The Government of Ukraine is ready to help regions that need this and whose requests are justified”, – the president said.
Recall, in January this year Zelensky instructed to strengthen protection against drones between Kherson and Zaporizhzhia.
