Around 09:00, the Russians struck a civilian car with a drone in the Central district of Kherson.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
As a result of the attack, a 62-year-old man suffered shrapnel wounds to the head, a concussion, explosive and closed traumatic brain injuries.
“The ambulance” transported the injured man to the hospital in a moderately severe condition.
