The Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson region ordered equipment for vehicle inspection.
As stated on the Prozorro portal, the police ordered 29 underbody inspection mirrors ZKTeco ZK-M3. The total purchase cost amounts to UAH 85,260 including VAT. That is, the police will pay UAH 2.9 thousand per mirror.
On the manufacturer’s website the retail price of one mirror is UAH 3.2 thousand. The product description states that the mirror is used to check the vehicle’s undercarriage and is used at locations where a high level of security is required, for example, checkpoints.
The procurement is financed from the state budget within the expenditures of the National Police of Ukraine, according to the description on Prozorro.
The goods were ordered from the Kyiv-based LLC “Forter Security Systems”, which has been operating since 2022.
It should be noted that the contract with the company was not published on Prozorro.
