The Verkhovna Rada will consider draft law №69790, aimed at reducing the tax burden on farmers in frontline territories.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
!”The main change — reducing the minimum tax obligation for agricultural enterprises operating in deoccupied communities. Currently this payment in some places exceeds 2 thousand UAH per hectare. For some farmers this is simply an unaffordable amount”, – he noted.
Earlier we wrote that the government proposes to introduce a new category — a zone of particularly high-risk farming — for frontline regions, including Kherson Oblast.
Recall that last year Kherson farmers managed to harvest over 264 thousand tons of cereals, pulses, industrial crops, vegetables, potatoes, watermelons and melons.
However, due to detonations on Russian explosives and drone attacks in the fields 43 agricultural workers were wounded, 15 were killed.
