In the temporarily occupied city of Nova Kakhovka on the left bank of the Kherson region, a so-called duty-dispatch service has been illegally registered.
Information about this is posted in Russian registries.
The head of the service is local resident Oksana Yaroshenko. The founder of the institution is the occupation administration of Nova Kakhovka.
Note that, according to data from the platform for international investigations YC World, Yaroshenko is also a co-owner of the private company “Kontitental-Yug”, which was created in October 2021, as well as “Kontitental-Pivden”, which was registered in 2019. The place of registration of both companies is indicated as the city of Kakhovka, however “Kontitental-Yug” appears specifically in Russian registries.
Besides Yaroshenko, co-owners of the Russian “Kontitental-Yug” are Kakhovka district resident Serhiy Khmelevskyi, as well as the legal director of the “Kakhovka Market” Vitaliy Kovalenko. After the capture of Kherson region by Russian forces, Kovalenko remained in his position and worked for the illegal authorities.
Recall that currently Nova Kakhovka is governed by Russian military Volodymyr Ohanesov. He fought in Syria and took part in the occupation of Ukrainian territories after the start of the full-scale invasion and is directly involved in the occupation of Kherson.
