Power outages were recorded in the Central district of Kherson as a result of the latest Russian attacks.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Military-Civil Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
Energy workers are currently determining the causes of the power outage and are beginning emergency restoration work.
All relevant services are operating in an intensified mode, the post says.
