The municipal enterprise “Kherson Parks” plans to receive 141,4 million hryvnias in revenues for 2026 with expenditures of 140,3 million hryvnias.
The enterprise’s financial plan, approved by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko, has been published on the city council’s website.
The company’s net income in 2026 is expected to be 15 621 320 hryvnias. For comparison: in 2024 this figure was 12 301 262 hryvnias, and the forecast for 2025 is 15 000 000 hryvnias.
The largest expense item is other operating expenses — 86 902 721 hryvnias. This is more than half of the company’s total expenses.
60 961 767 hryvnias have been allocated for wage payments.
The average number of staff on record is expected to be 343 people, among them: one director, 13 administrative and managerial employees, and 329 main production employees.
In 2026 the enterprise does not plan to make capital investments, whereas in 2024 21 096 501 hryvnias were spent on them.
Recall, the Kherson City Military Administration also recently approved the financial plan of the municipal dental polyclinic for 2026. There the total amount of expenses almost equals the revenues and amounts to 56,198 million hryvnias, which indicates the absence of a financial reserve and the institution’s operation is practically “at zero”.
