The government extended the period for receiving compensation for employed IDPs for entrepreneurs in the Kherson region and seven other frontline regions.
This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine amended the Procedure for granting employers compensation for labor costs related to the employment of IDPs.
The rules were changed for enterprises operating in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions.
Employers there will have not three months, as before, but six months to receive the compensation.
Also the changes concern the place of submitting the application for payments. From now on it can be submitted to the employment center not only at the enterprise’s legal address, but also at its place of activity.
Recall that the mentioned application can also be submitted via “Diia”, and the amount of compensation for one employed IDP is 8 thousand hryvnias.
Earlier MOST wrote that in the Kherson region about 50 thousand IDPs were registered. To support them, the state allocated over 970 million hryvnias.
