Independent deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhiy Khlan has put his luxury Mercedes-Benz W222 up for sale.
The advertisement for the car sale is published on specialized websites, and a video review is available on one of the marketplaces on Facebook.

For the black “boar”, as the S560 model is called, the deputy wants to get $49,900, or more than 2.1 million hryvnias. This is the only car of this model currently available for purchase on this platform.
Serhiy Khlan – the first owner of the four-liter, fully equipped car. The “privileged” license plate ВТ 0123 СХ, where СХ — obviously Serhiy Khlan, hints that this is his car.

He bought it in 2018, when he was still an MP, and, of course, did not declare the purchase or use of the car.
He hid this purchase by registering the expensive car to one of his companies. By the way, this is not the only high-value vehicle registered in this way.
In 2018 MP Khlan declared modest income of just over 100 thousand hryvnias per month. He did not own any cars, only three Swiss watches. However, the deputy kept almost half a million dollars in cash, but when buying a brand-new car at a dealership on November 2, 2018, he did not spend his own money, instead using either undeclared cash or the funds of his company PE “Zlotodar”. He registered it to that same company, which de jure does not belong to the deputy.
The company was owned for a long time by the deputy’s son Vladyslav, and Serhiy Khlan was its director from October 2020 to September 2025. Currently the company is managed by Lilia Khlan, to whom the company was transferred in October 2024.
The company operated in the now-occupied Kakhovka district, but recently conducts business activities in Odesa region. There it leases and owns land.
But this is not the entirety of the deputy’s shadow car fleet.
Three more cars are registered to the private agricultural enterprise “Demetra”, which is registered in Mykolaiv and officially registered to the deputy’s common-law partner Olesya Boyko.
These are the modest 2018 Toyota Camry, a Ford F-150 pickup, and also a top Mercedes G 500, which is colloquially called a “Gelik”. This “Gelik” can cost between $100,000 and $150,000. And it is also not in the deputy’s declaration.

Although, judging by the license plate ВТ0073ВХ, the car is driven not by Serhiy, but by Vladyslav Khlan, as indicated by the letters ВХ in the plate.
In 2018 Mykolaiv media noted that the deputy’s son flaunted luxury cars on social networks, among which was a Toyota Camry.

However, at that time it had a different plate, because the car now registered to Olesya Boyko’s firm has a completely different license plate.
