Kherson region will receive one million euros from Schleswig-Holstein (Germany) to strengthen the energy sector.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
“This amount is twice as large as originally planned. After our presentation to the regional government, they decided to increase the aid,” said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
The region will also receive 13 armored vehicles for evacuating the wounded and supporting emergency services. The first three vehicles are expected to arrive in February.
“We also agreed separately on supplying nets to protect civilian infrastructure from ongoing attacks by Russian drones. In addition, we expect other important support: an ambulance, protective vests and ballistic shields, seeds of local crops for experimental cultivation, generators and heat guns for Points of Invincibility,” added Prokudin.
Earlier we wrote that Japan donated a bulldozer worth over 13 million hryvnias to Kherson.
