A Council of Entrepreneurs has been formed in Kherson as an advisory consultative body under the executive committee of the city council.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson Military-Civil Administration (MCA), Yaroslav Shanko.
The Council is to become a platform for interaction among businesses, public associations of entrepreneurs, and local authorities. It is being created to support small, micro, and medium-sized businesses under martial law and for the further reconstruction of the community.
According to the provisions, the Council will represent entrepreneurs’ interests, participate in drawing up business development programs, and develop proposals to solve the problems entrepreneurs face in the community.
The Council may include entrepreneurs, representatives of relevant associations, and relocated businesses that plan to return to the community. At the same time, participation is prohibited for officials, deputies, and persons connected with the aggressor state.
The composition of the Council will be formed through constituent meetings, which will be announced in advance on the city council’s official website. Candidates must submit an application, a motivation letter, and proof of compliance with the established criteria.
Organizational support for the Council’s work will be coordinated by the Department of Economy and Investments of the Kherson City Council.
