61% of Kherson residents believe that mobilization should be voluntary.
This is evidenced by the results of a survey of Kherson residents conducted on behalf of the Kherson Community Foundation “Zakhyst”.
Another 20% think that mobilization may be compulsory, because the survival of the state depends on it. 19% find it difficult to answer.
The field stage of the survey was conducted from November 10 to November 30, 2025. The study included 403 respondents.
