Former judge of the Kherson Court of Appeal Oksana Kuturlanova received 3.5 million UAH last year while in office.
This was revealed by her declaration posted in the NACP register.
In addition, in 2025 Kuturlanova declared monetary gifts to her husband Ihor Kuturlanov totaling a little over one million hryvnias.
The ex-judge’s declaration also showed that in May last year her husband took out a loan for 1.5 million UAH, and the collateral for that obligation was a passenger car worth more than 2.1 million UAH.
Overall, the family owns three apartments – two in Kherson and one – in Krykhivtsi in the Ivano-Frankivsk region – and two plots of land (in Tavriisk and Volochysk in Khmelnytskyi Oblast).
Recall, Oksana Kuturlanova was dismissed from the position of judge of the Kherson Court of Appeal in December 2025.
She began her judicial career at the Novokakhovka City Court of Kherson region in 2001. Later she was transferred to the Kherson Regional Court of Appeal, and after that court was liquidated in 2017 — to the Kherson Court of Appeal.
Ihor Kuturlanov heads one of the departments in the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
