The wife of Skadovsk mayor Oleksandr Yakovliev, Tetiana, purchased a 2012 Nissan Leaf last year.
This is stated in the official’s declaration posted in the NACP registry.
The value of the car, according to the document, is 50,000 hryvnias. The market price for used electric cars of this model starts from 160–180 thousand hryvnias.
Oleksandr Yakovliev himself earned 298,032 UAH last year, his wife in 2025 received 20,167 UAH from LLC “Blok-Standart”. Another 50 thousand hryvnias were gifted to her by Darya Kivalina, who is known to be originally from Horlivka, and later lived in Skadovsk and worked as an office administrator at LLC “Attika”. In 2020 Kivalina ran for a seat in the Skadovsk city council from the “Holos” party.
The mayor also declared 300,000 hryvnias in cash.
