Kherson City Court sentenced 61-year-old Anatoliy Lebid in absentia to eight years of imprisonment with confiscation of property. He was found guilty of collaboration.
This was stated in the court’s verdict.
Anatoliy Viktorovych Lebid, a native and resident of the village of Zahorianivka in the Muzykivska rural community. In 2022 he headed the occupation administration of the Muzykivka community in Kherson district.
In September 2022 Lebid organized for the Russian occupiers the so-called “referendum” in the villages of Zahorianivka and Skhidne in Kherson district. He campaigned in favor of the enemy, carried ballot boxes and ballots for voting accompanied by armed Russian soldiers. He also put forward his candidacy for the position of head of the occupation administration of Muzykivka.
After the pseudo-referendum the collaborator fled his native village to the left-bank part of Kherson region, where he even tried to become the “gauleiter” of the settlement of Hornostaivka.
All witnesses questioned in court confirmed Lebid’s participation in holding the illegal “referendum”.
Recall, Kherson City Court on 14 November 2025 in absentia found 57-year-old Henichesk resident Natalia Galka guilty of collaboration. In summer 2022 Galka voluntarily agreed to head the occupation-run School No.1 in Henichesk.
