The Kakhovka community provided funds to purchase drones for a special unit of the National Guard brigade.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
Sets of interceptor drones – together with ground control stations for them were purchased for UAH 5.4 million.
“Thanks to these UAVs at least fifty more ‘Shaheds’ will not be able to attack Ukrainian settlements, infrastructure, and kill people”, – Prokudin said.
Previously we wrote that two coastal defense brigades operating in the Kherson region, received equipment and gear worth UAH 10.5 million.
