Kherson Water Utility and the city CHP received equipment to ensure the stable operation of critical infrastructure facilities.
This was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration.
The enterprises were handed over 44 electric heaters of various capacities. They will be used to support the uninterrupted operation of water and heat supply systems.
The Military Administration noted that, in wartime conditions, the stable operation of such systems is important for providing basic communal services to residents of the community.
The equipment was delivered thanks to the work of the Kherson Regional Development Agency “Office of European Integration” with the assistance of the charitable foundation “Morning of Revival”.
Earlier we wrote that, according to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (OVA), Oleksandr Prokudin, it makes no sense to restore the Kherson CHP in its current state.
Recall that on December 4 last year, as a result of systematic Russian shelling, the Kherson CHP ceased operations. After that, more than 40,500 subscribers were left without heating.
