Since the beginning of 2026, 47 children have been able to return to territory under Ukraine’s control from the temporarily occupied communities of the Kherson region.
This was said in an interview with the media “Apostrophe” by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to Prokudin, more than 150 children still remain in Oleshky, Hola Prystan, Stara Zburivka, and Nova Zburivka.
Recall, recently another six children were returned to territory under Ukraine’s control from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
