The Kherson region police are establishing the circumstances of another war crime committed by Russian military personnel.
The investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the region reports this.
According to the investigation, on July 7, 2025, Russian servicemen, while in one of the households on Zlahody Street in the settlement of Novooleksiivka, opened fire with automatic weapons at a 55-year-old local resident.
