The executive bodies of the Kherson city community are understaffed. Currently only about 70% of positions are filled.
This is stated in the community’s Comprehensive Recovery Program until 2027.
It notes that almost one in three positions remains vacant, which has significantly increased the workload on those who are working.
The greatest shortages are specialists in architecture and construction, land management, accounting, and law.
To find new employees, the city council constantly publishes job vacancy announcements in the media and contacts the employment center.
Earlier it was reported that Kherson also lacks specialists in the medical and communal sectors.
