In the Central District of Kryvyi Rih, a family from the village of Havrylivka in Beryslavskyi district, which is raising four children, received housing from the temporary accommodation fund. The facility was restored as part of cooperation between the city authorities, the charitable foundation «Caritas Kryvyi Rih» and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
This is reported on the Kryvyi Rih City Council website.
The city developed the reconstruction project and ensured connection to utility networks. UNHCR financed the major repairs and furnished the apartment with furniture, household appliances and kitchenware.
«We are from the village of Havrylivka in Kherson region, Beryslavskyi district. Our house was destroyed. I am raising four children without a husband. My father lives with us. We rented housing in the Central District. And now we have a spacious, renovated apartment and we are very happy about it! Grateful to everyone who helped us get this apartment», – said the apartment owner Oksana Kozlova.
Earlier we wrote that in Chernivtsi a space for IDPs from Kherson region opened.
