In the Kherson City Council, the subordination of a number of municipal enterprises has been changed.
The order was signed by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to the updated list, responsibilities have been redistributed among the departments:
The Department of Economics and Investments will now coordinate the work of the municipal enterprise «Istok» and the communal institution «Institute for the Development of the Kherson City Territorial Community».
The municipal enterprises «Municipal Guard», «Service-Opt», «Service-Center» and «Vykhor» were transferred under the management of the Department for the Development of Communal Property.
The purpose of the redistribution is “optimization of control over the activities of communal structures under martial law”.
As a reminder, at the end of February 2026 the Kherson City Military Administration updated the list of CNAP services.
