As of March, there are 769 protective structures in the Kherson community.
This was reported on air by Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Military Administration.
“These are 362 basic shelters. In addition, we have 268 mobile street shelters”, – said the official.
According to him, the community plans to set up another 50 basic shelters this year.
Recall that recently the Department for Civil Protection of the Kherson City Council signed 18 contracts concerning the repair of basic shelters. In total, they spent UAH 68.9 million on these services.
Last year the department spent UAH 160 million on the purchase and repair of shelters.
