As a result of Russian shelling in Kherson, a researcher of Kherson National Technical University, Тетяна Асаулюк, was killed.
This was reported on social media by the rector of Kherson National Technical University, Олена Чепелюк.
“Candidate of Technical Sciences, research associate of the research sector. Тетяна researched resource-saving intensified high-efficiency processes and technologies for the light, food, chemical and cosmetic industries. Recently she studied innovative coatings for fabrics to give them enhanced thermal protection and fire-retardant properties, which is extremely important in current conditions… An immeasurable loss for Ukrainian science…”, – wrote Олена Чепелюк.
According to the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office, Тетяна Асаулюк died as a result of artillery shelling. At the time of the strike the woman was in the house.
Тетяні Асаулюк was 37 years old.
