In Kherson, employees of the Kherson TCC and VLK organized a scheme to evade mobilization. The cost of the “service” was 700 US dollars.

The scheme of the head of the medical service of the Kherson Regional TCC and SP, in collusion with the head of the VLK, operated on the basis of the KNP «Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after A. and O. Tropinykh». There, for money, they “helped” men of conscription age to evade mobilization.
The cost of one such “service” was 700 US dollars, which guaranteed a deferment from conscription every two months, the report says.
Operatives caught the women “red-handed”. During searches at the detainees’ places of residence, as well as in the hospital premises, funds were found.
The suspects have been notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise, or receipt of an illicit benefit by an official, by prior collusion of a group of persons).
The article’s sanction provides for up to 10 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years, with confiscation of property.
The court imposed preventive measures on the suspects.
The TCC official will be held in custody with the right to post bail, and the head of the military-medical commission was placed under house arrest.
Recall that recently in Kherson a leading specialist of the district TCC and SP was detained, who for 25 thousand UAH promised to remove a person from the wanted list.
