Support us

In 2024 the MOST media team worked tirelessly to bring our readers the truth about life in the Kherson region under conditions of war. 25 stories that you may have seen on the website and on social networks are now collected under one “watermelon” cover – in our first printed magazine!

From “A community where nothing happens” to “A village returning to life”, from “Pilates in a bomb shelter” to “Art beyond politics” – on the pages of the magazine you will find stories about courage, resilience, and the indomitable spirit of Kherson residents.

Our journalists visited the most remote parts of the Kherson region, met people who survived occupation, shelling, and loss. These reports are not just dry facts but living stories full of pain, hope, and faith in a better future.

Some of the materials included in the print edition were created in places where journalists had not yet set foot after deoccupation. And a significant portion of the heroes of these stories had remained outside media attention.

Independent journalism as an act of resistance

MOST – an independent media outlet, and in times of war an independent media outlet is more than a source of information. It embodies the right to truth.

We work where others are afraid to go, ask uncomfortable questions and report on events that the authorities would like to hide.

The release of the print magazine is not only a way to tell about events but also a way to preserve them in memory.

The printed word has a special power – it becomes a testimony that cannot be deleted or replaced.

Why is it important to support us?

Supporting independent journalism is supporting the truth.

By joining the MOST community and sharing information about us, you help not only to preserve the memory of events but also to shape a future in which the word has power and justice carries weight.

Getting the MOST magazine is very simple – for this you should become a community member and donor, support our publication with an affordable monthly contribution.

This support is also support for independent journalism, without which a democratic country cannot exist.
