Judge Serhii Sidenko of the Oleshky District Court has been held disciplinarily liable.
The decision was made by the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice.
Currently the judge is on secondment at the Saksahansky District Court in the city of Kryvyi Rih.
As a result of the case review, the chamber imposed a reprimand on the judge and deprived him of the right to receive salary supplements for one month.
The judge’s actions contain signs of several violations, including failure to ensure access to justice, breaches of procedural law, and conduct that undermines the authority of the judiciary.
Earlier we wrote that the High Council of Justice suspended a judge from the Kherson region who is suspected of bribery.
