It became known about the death of a serviceman from the Kherson region, Vasyl Liubezny, who was believed to be missing in action

It has become known that Vasyl Liubezny, a resident of the village of Liudmylivka of the Velykooleksandrivska community, died in the war.

This was reported on the page of the Velykooleksandrivska settlement council.

Vasyl Liubezny served as a soldier and was a rifleman-assistant to a grenadier as part of the mechanized unit of military unit A7028.

On May 8, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission near Toretsk, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region, contact with the serviceman was lost. Since then he was considered missing in action.

In 2026 an official confirmation of his death was received.
