The deputy of the Kherson District Council, who did not declare property worth over 13 million hryvnias and who was notified of suspicion, is likely Oleksandr Shcherbyna.

Shcherbyna was elected a deputy of the Kherson District Council from the All-Ukrainian Union “Fatherland” in 2020.
In 2015 he was elected a deputy of the Oleshky District Council from the political party “Our Land”.
Shcherbyna – a private entrepreneur, he owns a farming enterprise in Kherson Oblast.
Earlier it became known that he submitted declarations for 2023 and 2024 in which he did not report information about more than 50 real estate objects.
“The deputy deliberately concealed dozens of leased and owned agricultural land plots totaling hundreds of hectares, which indicates the subject’s active agricultural business. In addition, he did not declare four residential houses in the village of Podo-Kalynivka, four apartments and a parking space in Kherson. The total value of the undeclared property exceeds 13 398 449 hryvnias”, – noted the police.
