Another group of companies and individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) in the Kherson community were exempted from paying land tax in 2023.
The relevant order was signed by the head of the Kherson Military-Civil Administration Yaroslav Shanko.
The 100% exemptions are related to the fact that the land plots are considered unsuitable for use due to the risk of contamination by explosive ordnance. All of them are located in Kherson and Antonivka.
In total, this time 18 companies and individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) received exemptions.
Recall that in November 2025 it became known that Shanko granted individual 100% land exemptions for 2023 to the former head of the state concern “Ukroboronprom”, Roman Romanov, who now lives in the USA.
